Job summary

Sprenger Therapy, the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide patient-centered care in our Ohio facilities. You will work under PT supervision to plan and deliver mobility, strength, and safety interventions.

• Active PTA license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision.
• Assist with treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and patient progression.
• Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on mobility, strength, function, and safety.
• Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
