Job summary

Sprenger Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team, serving residents within our Ohio facilities. You will provide skilled PT services under supervision and contribute to personalized care plans that enhance mobility and safety.

We value clinician autonomy, mentorship from day one, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes across our 12 facilities in the region.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• New graduates welcome with mentorship provided from day one.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under PTA supervision.
• Assist with treatment planning and patient progression.
• Deliver patient-centered interventions focusing on mobility, strength, function, and safety.
• Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Document clearly to support quality outcomes.
