Job summary

Sprenger Therapy, the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in our Ohio facilities. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans with families and the interdisciplinary team, and deliver therapy focused on mobility, strength, function, and independence.

New graduates are welcome, with mentorship from day one.

Qualifications

• Current PT license or license-eligible.
• In-house, patient-first care model emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with families and care team.
• Provide physical therapy focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence.
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable.
• Initiate referrals per department procedures.
• Document clearly and efficiently to support quality outcomes.
