Job summary

HCRC consulting in West Philadelphia, PA is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our growing multidisciplinary practice.

You will work with Physical Therapists, physicians, chiropractors, and support staff to guide patients through rehabilitation, document progress, and support a collaborative clinical environment with a Monday–Friday schedule. Fridays end at noon.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Pennsylvania PTA license.
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with therapeutic exercises and treatment modalities.
• Guide patients through prescribed rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and their plan of care.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Complete timely and accurate EHR documentation.

Education

This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who enjoys hands‑on patient care, working as part of a collaborative healthcare team, and helping patients improve their mobility, function, and quality of life.

You'll work alongside experienced Physical Therapists, physicians, chiropractors, advanced practice providers, and support staff in a welcoming, well‑established practice.
