HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a multidisciplinary practice. The role offers a $60K–$83K/year full-time schedule with Mondays–Fridays and Fridays ending at noon, with opportunities to help patients move better and regain function.

The PTA will assist therapists, educate patients, monitor progress, and document care in the EHR. A PA PTA license and accredited PTA program are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Pennsylvania PTA license.
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with therapeutic exercises and treatment modalities.
• Guide patients through prescribed rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and their plan of care.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Complete timely and accurate EHR documentation.
