Sigma Health Rehab in Granville, NY is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will follow the plan of care set by the supervising physical therapist and help residents with exercises, stretching, and massage to improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current New York State PTA License.

Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care set out by the supervising physical therapist.

• Treat residents with techniques like stretching and massage, assist with exercises.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Comply with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with the healthcare team and contribute to teamwork.
