Job summary

WeCare Centers seeks a Physical Therapist for Avalon Care Center in New Castle, PA. You will help residents improve mobility and enable them to confidently perform daily activities with independence.

You will assess patients, plan and administer therapy, educate families and caregivers, and document progress per plan of care and regulations, contributing to a supportive, high-quality care environment.

Qualifications

• Current valid state license or certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing environment preferred.
• New graduates welcome.
• Ability to communicate and instruct effectively.
• Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities.

Responsibilities
