Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver care to adult and geriatric patients, working with a diverse team of clinicians. You will contribute to patient outcomes while staying engaged in professional development and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, planning and implementing a plan of care, and traveling to nearby centers as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid State PTA license required.
• Experience in SNF or acute care settings preferred.
