Overview

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position providing home health visits for our Union County team. The role involves working with adult and geriatric patients across territories in Union, Somerset, Middlesex, and Monmouth Counties.

Responsibilities

As a home care PTA, you will assist clients in achieving or maintaining optimal physical well-being through treatment, testing, client education, and interventions delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification in NJ
• Graduation from a two-year college program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, evidenced by transcript or diploma
• Or two years of relevant experience as a PTA with a satisfactory proficiency exam if qualification occurred before December 31, 1977
• At least one year of supervised work experience under a qualified Physical Therapist
