Responsibilities:

• Follow the plan of care by the Physical Therapist and provide treatment to patients.
• Interpret evaluation findings to provide care and ensure safety relating to dysfunction.
• Provide treatment based on the goals and follow through to achieve established outcomes.
• Offer advice and education to patients and their families.
• Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine treatment effectiveness and patient progress, modifying plans as needed.
• Assist in discharge planning and communicate when maximum benefit has been achieved.
• Accurately document patient management and progress in a timely manner.

We set standard base pay ranges based on function and level. The final offer depends on skillset, experience, and languages, and may vary from the listed amounts.
The pay range for this position is: $60-$75/visit

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
• California PTA License
• Excellent communication skills
• Home Health experience is preferred but not required
