Hemet Hills Post Acute in Hemet, CA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this full-time role, you will support the Physical Therapist by implementing individualized treatment plans and helping patients reach their highest level of mobility.
