Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing rehabilitation team on a Full-Time basis. Under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will provide hands-on therapy services designed to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and overall functional independence. The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) assists the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans and providing quality, resident-centered therapy services. The PTA works closely with residents, families, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal rehabilitation outcomes and quality of life.
Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, professional, and resident-centered approach to care. Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team. Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
