Job summary

Hayward Gardens Post Acute invites a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Hayward, CA. This full-time role works under a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized plans, helping residents regain mobility and independence.

You will assist with exercises, transfers, and mobility activities, document progress, and educate residents and caregivers. Must hold a California PTA license and be committed to resident-centered care.

Qualifications
