Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab unit in New Milford, CT. This position features a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive benefits package.

You will collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to deliver compassionate therapy, maintain timely documentation, and support residents’ independence. CT licensure or eligibility is required; proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR is expected;

Qualifications

• State PTA license or license-eligible in CT.
• Experience in sub-acute or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
