Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Sharon, CT. The role supports a team of therapists, with flexible schedules and a strong focus on patient independence and quality care.

We offer competitive pay, up to 5 weeks PTO to start (up to 6 weeks after 5 years), continuing education, a 401(k) with discretionary match, and a supportive management team led by therapists.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in CT.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate PTA services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team setting.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation with attention to detail.
