Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Ridgefield, CT. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

We provide competitive pay of $28-$35 per hour, extensive PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision/Rx with HSA, disability & life insurance, CME support, a discretionary 401(k) plan, and flexible schedules to promote work-life balance. A CT PTA license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or license eligible in CT.
• Strong computer skills and experience with electronic documentation.
• Ability to work well with others in a team setting and provide compassionate therapy.
• Excellent attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
• Deliver PTA services adhering to licensed practice and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and patient progress notes.
