You will work with rehab therapists and nursing staff, demonstrate proficiency in Outlook/Word/Excel and electronic documentation, and provide compassionate therapy while keeping documentation accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or license eligible in CT.
• Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Ability to work in a team and be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $29/hr - $37/hr #LI-MB1 #CK11
