  • Experience with Net Health documentation software preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Implement individualized treatment programs to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional abilities.
  • Monitor resident response and communicate progress to supervising PT.
  • Document treatments, responses, progress notes, and clinical information in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support care goals and discharge planning.
  • Educate residents regarding treatment plans, safety techniques, mobility strategies, and functional goals.
  • Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Participate in care conferences and team meetings as appropriate.
  • Ensure a safe and therapeutic treatment environment for all residents.

Premier Washington Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care that promotes mobility, independence, functional improvement, and enhanced quality of life.

Responsibilities
