Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Titusville, FL is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our rehabilitation team and help residents achieve their therapy goals. The role is Full-Time with a pay rate of $28–$35 per hour.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering therapy services, collaborating with medical and nursing staff, and maintaining high standards of care to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Florida PTA license/registration.
• Minimum 2 years PTA experience.
• Nursing home experience preferred but not required.
