Job summary

City View Post Acute in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN options and pay starting at $49–$50/hour DOE.

You’ll work under a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents regain function, improve mobility, and maximize independence in a collaborative, supportive environment with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Current California PTA license or eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments based on individualized care plans.
• Assist residents in improving strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the therapy team.
• Document treatments and resident outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate residents and families on exercises, safety techniques, and mobility strategies.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional patient-centered care.
