Cypress Pointe Health and Wellness in Houston, TX is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time, on-site work in a skilled nursing setting. You will support rehabilitation, help implement care plans, and collaborate with the care team to deliver outstanding patient care.

Must Haves

• PTA -Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Texas
• Skilled Nursing, Healthcare (Long Term Care) or Veterans Home experience highly preferred
• Experience with EMR
