Essential Job Functions

As a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in a Grace Management Services facility, you will:

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Conduct resident screenings to determine treatment needs.
• Assist in evaluations and identify appropriate evaluation intervals.
• Help develop and modify individual resident treatment plans and schedules.
