We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work on an as-needed basis to provide exceptional care to our skilled nursing facility community.

About the Role:

• As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will collaborate with our Physical Therapy team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans to achieve our residents' goals.
• You will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• You will maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• You will participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and activities designed to improve function, mobility, and overall well-being.
