Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver on-demand therapy services to our skilled nursing residents. You will join a dedicated PT team to implement individualized plans and support resident goals with compassionate care.

In this role, you will conduct treatments, monitor progress, document notes, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals while maintaining infection control and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and activities to improve function and mobility.
• Monitor and record progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals for informed care decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized therapy area and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
