Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled therapy team in-house. This position offers a full range of benefits and opportunities to work closely with nursing and therapy staff in a long-term care setting.

• Monitor resident responses to therapy and adjust interventions as needed
• Observe residents and complete progress reports
• Accurately document treatments, resident status changes, and other required information
• Communicate therapy needs and referrals to the Registered Physical Therapist
