The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. You will support the physical therapy program and help residents improve mobility and quality of life.

The ideal candidate must hold an active PTA license in the state, be able to evaluate and treat independently, and demonstrate a passion for geriatric care through functional activities and patient engagement.

• License in the state of practice required.
• Must be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
