The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset in Holtsville, NY is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. The PTA will assist the PT to design and implement therapies to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote wellness for our geriatric residents.

Candidates must hold an active PTA license in New York and be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision. SNF experience is preferred but not required.
