Synergy Care is seeking a qualified, Full Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for an Independent, Assisted Living facility in New Port Richey, FL. The role supports onsite residents with outpatient services in a community setting.

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified and Full Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in New Port Richey, FL location. This is an Independent, Assisted Living facility that offers OP services to onsite residents.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy Assistants or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid National Board for PTA certification and a you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Physical Therapy Assistant.
