Synergy Care is looking for a qualified and Full Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Rehab Director for the New Port Richey, FL location. This is an Independent, Assisted Living facility that offers OP services to onsite residents.

You must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy Assistants or will graduate within the next six months, hold a valid National Board for PTA certification, and currently hold or be eligible for a valid state PTA license.
