Synergy Care is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who will also serve as Rehab Director for our St. Cloud, FL location. This on-site role supports an Independent, Assisted Living facility offering on-site rehabilitation services to residents.

The candidate must have an accredited PTA education, hold NBPT certification, and possess or be eligible for Florida PTA licensure. The position includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.
