Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, invites a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at the Community Stroke and Rehab Center in Crown Point, Indiana. The role focuses on compassionate patient care within an adult medical rehabilitation program.
You will assess needs, plan interventions, and collaborate with nursing and therapy colleagues to maintain high standards of practice. Bachelor's in PT, current Indiana licensure, and BLS/CPR are required; inpatient rehab experience
