Westbury Center of Conyers for Nursing and Healing in Conyers, GA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our compassionate team and help patients achieve rehabilitation goals. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Westbury Center of Conyers for Nursing and Healing. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our physical therapy team to help individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Assist physical therapists in the implementation of treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
Conduct patient assessments and document progress
Operate and maintain various pieces of physical therapy equipment
Participate in patient education, promoting independence and self-care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
0 years of experience in a physical therapy setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
