Clarion Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team. You will assist licensed physical therapists, implement treatment plans, educate patients, and monitor progress to support independence and recovery.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• Experience supporting licensed PTs preferred.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will assist licensed physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions. Your duties will include:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and screenings to identify treatment needs


• Implementing and modifying treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist


• Providing patient education and training on exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic techniques


• Monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes or concerns to the physical therapist


• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
