Job summary

Elkhorn Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Clancy, Montana, is seeking Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our supportive, high-performing therapy team. Grow in a facility that values seniors and a collaborative rehab and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Montana (or eligible to become licensed).
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with outpatient geriatrics is preferred, but new grads are welcome too!

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services to residents in a skilled nursing/outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the rehab team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure quality care.
