Job summary

Elkhorn Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Clancy, Montana is hiring Physical Therapists to join a supportive, high-performing therapy team serving long-term care residents, short-stay clients, and outpatients in a skilled nursing setting.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus (FT only), a competitive salary based on experience, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO. New grads are welcome to apply and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana (or eligible to become licensed)
• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Outpatient geriatrics experience preferred, but new grads welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide PT to residents in long-term care, short-stay, and outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with rehab and nursing staff to ensure seamless care.
• Pursue continuing education and professional growth within the team.
