Job summary

Aspire Senior Living East Prairie is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for PRN/per diem work. You will support licensed therapists with evaluations, treatments, and documentation in a skilled nursing setting, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care. The role requires teamwork, accurate records, and flexibility to meet fluctuating patient needs.

Applicants must graduate from an accredited PTA program and hold Missouri PTA certification; SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Missouri.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating demands.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and documentation.
