Job summary

The Four Winds Community in Jackson, OH, supported by Symbria, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join its Rehab Team.

You will work with a Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, maintain productivity, and document progress for the geriatric population in senior-living and post-acute settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Hold a valid state PTA license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care or rehabilitation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Physical Therapist to set goals and execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Support patients to achieve outcomes while engaging with the interdisciplinary team.

Are you a Physical Therapy Assitant (PTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at The Four Winds Community in Jackson, OH is seeking its next PRN employee-owner team member.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
