HCA Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin, Georgia. You will support PTs in delivering patient-centered care, focusing on mobility and independence, with a 1:1 mentorship environment and ongoing education opportunities.

The role emphasizes hands-on patient care, collaboration with the care team, and opportunities for professional growth within a respected healthcare system.

Qualificações

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) is required.
• Associate Degree in relevant field or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering therapeutic exercises and functional training to help patients regain independence and mobility.
• Applying physical therapy techniques and modalities to reduce pain and restore function.
• Monitoring patient progress and documenting responses to ensure safe, effective care.
• Teaching patients and families how to use assistive devices and follow home exercise programs.
• Working closely with PTs, nurses, aides, and the care team to enhance the patient experience and support a culture of excellence.

We are offer specialty services such as lymphedema, vestibular, aquatic, VNGs, dry needling, BIG program (Parkinson). We offer a 1:1 mentorship program. We offer continuing education benefits as well as additional certification opportunities. We have a state of the art technology and equipment. We are employ centered. We offer 1:1 to therapist to patient care. We also have well seasoned and tenured staff over thirty years of experience on our team.
