Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home in Indianapolis is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work three days per week in a home-health setting across Central/Southern Marion and Johnson County.

You will need an accredited Associate’s degree, active PTA license in Indiana, CPR/BLS, and at least one year of PTA experience. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active registered PTA license in the state which you practice.
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification.
• One-year Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Drivers License and automobile insurance.
• Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
