Community Health at Home, operated under CommonSpirit Health, is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to support in-home patient care in the Central/Southern Marion and Johnson County area. You will help patients improve mobility and independence, working with PTs and families to reach established goals.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care in home environments with a collaborative team approach.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active registered PTA license in the state where you practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year PTA experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients at home to regain independence and mobility.
• Collaborate with PT, patients, families and healthcare team to meet goals.
• Deliver patient-centered care and document progress.
