Responsibilities

Current Openings Include: One full time and several PRN (As Needed) positions across Norton Women's and Children's, Norton Brownsboro, Norton Audubon, and Norton Hospital.

The role of the Physical Therapy Assistant is to assist the Physical Therapists in providing quality patient care for patients aged neonate/infant (birth to 1 year), pediatric (1-12 years), adolescent (12-18), adult (18-65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years). Responsibilities include maintaining documentation on patient treatments, demonstrating commitment to professional growth and development, providing health education to patients, families, and other health care providers, applying knowledge of growth and development in patient interaction, and contributing to the efficient operations of the department.

Qualifications

Required:

• Associate Degree
• Physical Therapist Assistant

Desired:

• One year physical therapy in a clinical setting
