Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement prescribed therapy plans, track progress, and help patients regain mobility and independence under the direction of the Director of Rehab.

You will work closely with therapists and staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care in a patient-centered environment, while embracing growth opportunities through our mentorship and CEU programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients get well by implementing physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to restore, reinforce and enhance patients’ physical abilities.
• Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
