Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation (Powerback) is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to help patients get well by implementing physical therapy programs and activities, following developed recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments in an in-facility setting.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will address the whole patient, collaborate with teammates, and strive to restore and enhance each patient’s physical abilities with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing physical therapy programs and recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support patient goals.
• Provide patient-centered care with compassion and respect.
