Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehabilitation team. You will implement PT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver compassionate therapies to help patients regain strength and mobility.

You will collaborate with the Director of Rehab and other clinicians, address whole-patient needs, and support patients across diverse settings. We value growth, mentorship, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the APTA.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by implementing prescribed PT programs and recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to improve strength, mobility, and function.
• Follow established treatment goals and document progress accurately.
• Collaborate with rehab team including therapists and nursing staff.
• Support patient-centered care and compassionate, respectful communication.

Education
