Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead clinical teams across physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies in Georgia. You will mentor staff, design programs, and ensure patient-centered care across facilities and home-based settings.

The role emphasizes teaching, collaboration, and growth, with visa sponsorship and relocation support for eligible candidates; strong leadership and Medicare/third‑party billing knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a rehabilitation discipline required; Master’s preferred.
• Licensed and/or eligible for state licensure.
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and problem solve.
• Knowledge of state practice acts.
• Ability to positively interact with staff, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public.
• Ability to motivate and lead staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinical teams across rehab disciplines.
• Collaborate with physicians and facilities to design and implement programs.
