Powerback Rehabilitation in Georgia is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement PT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to help patients regain function.

You’ll work under the Director of Rehab, collaborate with therapists and support staff, and contribute to a patient-centered care model across skilled nursing and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with rehab team to support patient goals.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an in-facility setting.
