Your Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic exercises and functional training to help patients regain independence and mobility
• Apply physical therapy techniques and modalities to reduce pain and restore function
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to ensure safe, effective care
• Teach patients and families how to use assistive devices and follow home exercise programs
• Work closely with PTs, nurses, aides, and the care team to enhance the patient experience and support a culture of excellence

Qualifications

• Minimum education: an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Current State professional license and current BLS required
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
