Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will work under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to assist in patient care and follow an individualized plan of care.

You will help develop and implement treatment programs, support patients through all therapy phases, and record responses to treatments in charts after each visit, while maintaining clear communication with the PT and rehab team.

Qualifications

• Assist patients under the guidance of a Physical Therapist per an individualized plan of care.
• Help develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs.
• Record patient conditions and responses in charts after each visit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment with excellent functional outcomes.
• Assist in implementing treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and document progress in charts after each visit.
• Maintain continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Rehab Director, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
