Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to contribute to patient care and carry out individualized plans of care designed by therapists.

You will assist in all phases of therapy, document patient responses to treatments, and maintain clear communication with the PT, Rehab Director, and staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs under the guidance of Physical Therapists.
