Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team. You will provide one-on-one therapy to residents, following functional and holistic care approaches while collaborating with therapists to deliver quality care.

Qualifications include an AS degree and current state licensure. The role offers Monday–Friday schedule with strong opportunities for mentorship, CEUs, and career advancement within a not-for-profit organization serving

• Must have AAS degree in discipline.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.
